WASHINGTON: Pakistani scientist Aafia Siddiqui may have to expend her whole life in jail and that may still not be sufficient to total obligatory sentences she face on the charges she was establish guilty of earlier this week, says the US Department of fairness.

A press release issued by the section in Washington says that Dr Aafia, 37, faces a utmost sentence of 20 years in prison on each of the attempt murder and armed physical attack charges; life imprisonment on the firearm charge; and eight years in prison on each of the residual assault charges.
